too many emails

I have two users that are using Gemini besides me and even with most of the alert checkboxes being unchecked, they're still getting a lot of emails.

we have two projects with about 50 issues, and they've both gotten over 100 emails.

I'm getting a lot too but I figured that was becuase I was logged in as admin.

We are working on reducing the email traffic for the next release.

Hi there :)

I'm a "user only" on a gemini 2.0.5 system, and I'm looking for a tip to reduce amount of e-mails I receive. what I would like is to receive e-mails alerts only for issues in which I'm set to watchers.

I've asked our systems' admin team but they cannot help me, and my question(s) is(are):

will this "next release" you were talking about will answer to my need?

which release will be this "next release" ? because of the release of gemini we are using, is there a luck for this "next release" already exists ?

please be indulgent with my english, that's not my birth's language ;)

You can do this with 2.0.5, just untick all alerts from each project. And watch the issues you are interested in.

well, the problem is that I don't receive anything when unticking project's alerts, neither for issues i've created, nor for those I'm set to watcher.

Please upgrade to 2.2 release as this release reduces the number of emails sent out.
