Welcome caption & message

Using Gemini v2.2.6 but this was the same on v2.1.1.

I have set the Welcome Caption & Message in Admin|General, but these don't appear anywhere. When I go back to the main page, I still see "Welcome to Gemini" and "Visit the Gemini website, etc".

I checked the database and the settings I saved are correctly stored in the table geminiappsettings, under the settingname "WelcomeTitle" and "WelcomeMessage".

Is there something I am missing?

Yes, we've been happily using the software for a long time. It's the complimentary licence, does that make a difference?

Yes, the FREE license does not allow cusomisation of the welcome messge and title as it is not exposed to the internet.
