License key not recognised
Hi - we've just installed a new instance of Gemini 2.1.1 and I can't seem to get it to recognise the license key. I've copied the keys from the client portal page, I'm entering them in the Administration\Global Settings\Licensing form, and I've tried various combinations of short and long keys, but the product doesn't seem to recognise them.
Are the license keys tied to the organisation name? (I'm not sure what would have been given as the organisation name at the time of purchase)
Is this related to license manager issues introduced with 2.1?
I can see an older query about the license being tied to a RegisteredTo setting in the web.config file, but I can't find this or any related settings in the current web.config.
