Consistent Error Message - When trying to access All Issues/ View Issues/ or do anything in Gemini -
Consistently getting this error message once I log into the system.
Stops from getting anything done in Gemini.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the
operation or the server is not responding.

We have been using Gemini now for past 2 months and this is the 1st time we have encountered this issue over the weekend but it only got reported to internal support team today morning. |

Its not working even after rebooting the web-server. |

Is the database server on the same machine as the web server? Can you check that you can connect to the database from the web server (using query analyzer or similar)? |

Yes am successfully able to connect to the database from Query Analyzer, SQL Manager and also from UDL connection and also from ODBC connection. |

What has changes in your system? Did anyone amend the web.config file? What are your connection settings? |

No changes were made to the system. web.config is not amended as well. |
