Sort order not intuitive for Priority.
When I open my issues for a project. I have to sort by Priority I get Trivial issues first. I find this a little counterintuitive. Is there a way to specify that a field should be sorted in the opposite direction as the first sort.
Thanks again

This is not possible at the moment. |

Sorry, on second thought, you could add the Priority Sequence field to the issues list (via the customise link). This will sort by the actual priority. |

Unfortunately it still sorts trivial to show stopper. |

That obviouly depends on the order you set your priorities in the look up. Usually, you have the highest priority (Show Stopper) at the top. |

Is this a case of RTFM? Whats "the look up"
PS: So I found the lookup, by logging in as admin, shifted all the priorities around, then replaced Priority with Priority Sequence. And... you are right!!! Sorted by Priority in the intuitive way I like. Thanks |

No, it is an off day for me really. Gemini admins can apply priority sequence. This can be done via the Administration -> Issue Type & Priority option. The priority at the top will always be fisrt if you sort by sequence in the issues list. |

Is there a way to keep it sorted by Priority (most to least critical) at all times as default? |

Unfortunately, no. Feel free to add it to our list: http://gemini.countersoft.com
