Edit page (issue/edit.aspx) not loading...

I have just installed Gemini 2.1.1 on a Windows 2003 server running IIS6.

Pretty much everything works great except for editing issues.  When I try to edit an issue the page never finishes loading.  It gets half way (up to the Start Date field) and then just stops.

What am I missing?

Do you get JavaScript errors or any errors in the logs?

This is the only thing I see in the log when I go to the edit issue page:
