Is there a way to change time estimates from "days, hour and minutes" to "months"?

For a future release, can we have the capability to display issues purely by hours?   Maybe an either/or setting between days/hours/mins and hours (with 2 decimal places).

Also, it would be nice to be able to input estimated time during issue creation instead of having to do so afterwards.
