Cannot download files in repository

Hello fellows. Some months ago we finally purchased Gemini and installed it in our server. All this time, it has been working perfectly. However, some weeks ago we moved the site from one server to another. Since then, it seemed that everything was working fine. However, yesterday we released a version of our software to our customers, and they complained because they couldn't download the file. Today I checked out and, effectively, it is not downloading the files from the repository. I click the file, click "view item", the page is reloaded yet nothing happens: it does not show de "save as" dialog box. I tried this in several machines from different Internet connections, with the same result. I even tried with IE and Firefox 1.5 and 2.0.

First, I was suspecting that such problem could be happening because of security reasons in the new server, however, after a day of checking this out, the security settings are working properly...

Any idea why this is happening? Any suggestion will be really appreciated.

Can you download issue attachments?

Does rename file work?

Hi,

first, thanks for your quick response. Didn't know if issue attachments were working. I tried a few minutes ago, and yep, it is working indeed. Also, tried renaming the file, and it didn't work.

Seems like an ASP.NET issue:

Run this tool with "-c" option and should fix your problem. If not run it with the "-i" option.

Hi here. I tried the tool you kindly gave me, with both "-c" and "-i" options and didn't work. It's weird, I entered the site locally (http://localhost/gemini, etc) and it is actually downloading the files. But when trying from Internet, it's not working.

I see. Is the FullGeminiURL setting st correctly?
