Double Post/ Entry Issue

When I make changes or post an issue it doubles the entry. Has anyone elses experinced this issue, or seen a related resolved issue?

When viewing the issue list do you see all issues duplicated or only the new ones?

It appears only when I create or alter an issue myself. It does not appear to be affecting other profiles currenlty...

Can it be issue with specifc type, status or priority?

It does not appear to have prejudice, it rakes place anytime that I make a change to an exisitng single entry. It will become a copy and then I receice duplicate emails also...

Please run the following SQL:

select isstype,isspriority,risklevel from issues where issueid=179

How many rows are back? Should be 1 only.

If so run the follwoing:

select * from issuetypelut wheree typeid= the id returned in the first SQL
select * from issueprioritylut where priorityid=the id returned in the first SQL
select * from issuerisklevellut where riskid=the id returned in the first SQL

Do you have duplicate IDs?
