Scheduler Stopped Processing Email

web-app

Don't know why, but it seems from my eventlog that I started getting a repetative error 3 days ago and the scheduler has stopped processing email. Instead of the 5 countersoft gemini scheduler Information event log entries every 5 minutes, after the first 2 entries which identify the issuealert record numbers, the following 2 event log errors occur every 5 minutes.

What I did change was the web service access code in the gemini >Administration>security>General settings, If that has anything to do with it. I did not see any other place this change may be needed for the scheduler.

It seems like you have an issue with an spurious character in it. Is it possible to send us zipped copy of your database?

Can you send it  (zipped) to support @ countersoft.com?

Make sure to add a link to this thread.
