Gemini Desktop Not Launching
Dear sir,
We have purchased Gemini and I wanted to test the functionality of the Gemini desktop.
I have installed it but when I double click the icon it does nothing. No trace whatsoever...
I'm running this on Vista and I have Symantact EndPoint Protection.
Can anybody help me and tell me what the problem can be?

Can you please run DebugView before starting the desktop app and see if you get any messages from the desktop app when starting? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647.aspx |

Tried it it does not work... But it is not Vista related. A colleague of mine has the installation also and there it works. The difference is that on my computer Vista requests if this is an allowed program. A setting in vista? |
