Email Template error

I am using the MailPlugin, I remember we had this problem before in the older version, 2.2 seems to fixed it. Now we upgraded to 3.6.3 and it is coming back.

currently the email subject is empty, and part of the email body are missing.

could you please help

Did you amend the email templates? Can you try and restart the web app (save the web.config file)?

no i have not change anything for the email template.

I restarted the app pool for the Gemini Web App and it is working now (this is how i used to fix the problem prior to 2.2 also)

Any reason why you are not using the scheduler service?

I haven't test the scheduler service.  From what i read so far it is using web services right? I have done some test with the TimeTracker app, I can't get pass the proxy rules that our company has, so I just left the SMTP settings at MailPlugin

any help please?  I had to IISRESET 3 times today and my users think it is very annoyance that all notifications are blank, every few hours......

Can you upgrade to 3.6.5? We have fixed a few issues with the mail plugin in that version.

We are on this v3.6.5 Build 2638 version, doesn't seems like your fix corrected our problem.

I actually switched to the scheduler yesterday, other than it sent out 20,000 old emails right when I started the service and crashed the server, I think it is working ok now.  Majority of the emails were all catchup emails, it seems like Gemini doesn't know Mail-Plugin already sent those emails.

You might want to check into the scheduler, it shouldn't make all events to be resent since Day 1.  It think unless my setting is saved to use the "scheduler", Gemini shouldn't mark these events to be send by scheduler.

So far I have seen 2 blank emails, but they were sent when the server was dying yesterday.  I think it is good right now.  If I see anything I will let you know and post the error message.
