Cannot insert a picture into a detailed description of an issue

We use Gemini 1.9.1.

The problem we have, we cannot insert a picture into the detailed description of an issue. It is possible to open the ImageGallery in the FreeTextBox, but there we can´t choose a picture. No function of this ImageGallery is running. It is also impossible to insert a picture directly from the explorer (strg c --> strg v or with help of the mouse).

You need to give permissions to do that.

You can do this by changing the ftb.imagegallery.aspx file, which is under the freetextbox folder.

I´ve done this. But there is no different to before. I cannot choose or upload a picture. I see some pictures in the list but I can´t do anything with them.

I also get a script error when I open the ImageGallery:

Error: 'FTB_ResizeGalleryArea' is undefined
