Licence Key not being recognised

We have purchased a commercial licence and recieved the Registration Code however putting it into the web.config file does not remove the Unlicenced tag from the login screen or the Please aqquire a licence from the other screens.

I have copied & pasted the key, is there something else required?

Please make sure you have entered the email that is bound to the license in the RegisteredTo setting of the web.config file.

The email is the one specified when you purchased Gemini.
