How to show project permissions by user

I want to see, for a given user, what projects they have access to and what security schemes they are in. At minimum I would like to see this on the Edit User page. Ideally there would also be a report showing all users and all projects.

Does this feature exist, or are you planning to add it ?

This not possible at the moment. We have added it to 3.0.
