Unable to assign resource to issue

Hi,

I've been able to fully configure Gemini and assign security schemas to users.  However, when I create a new issue, the Assigned Resource drop-down list is empty, even when I've assigned users to a high security schema.

The other drop-down lists on the page and fully populated.  Any idea why I'm seeing this problem occur with Assigned Resource?

That is because you did not associate the users with this project.

Go to the project home page, resourcing and assign the users that will work on this project.
