Escalation procedure?


Is it possible to create something like an escalation procedure? For example if a ticket is not solved in a specified amount of time, a predefined person or group gets notified by email.

If its not possible it would be a nice feature for future versions.

This is not possible (out of the box) at the moment.

You could write an app that uses web services to do this.
