Export to Excel Customised List

Hi,

Have just upgraded to 2.0.5 from 2.0.2 to get the export to Excel working, but have just noticed the export to Excel always exports the same columns irrespective of the columns selected by the user customisation.

Does the export to Excel always follow the same format, or should it follow the cusomised columns? If Excel export does always follow the same format is it possible to change the columns in a configuration, as I can't seem to find mention of it?

I am trying to get the Description in the Excel Report.

Which version of Gemini are you using? I know you've 2.0.5, but check the top of the screen

I agree that it is working on your site, it is doing just what I want it to do, but on our version it does not.

I have checked that it displays 2.0.5 at the top of the screen, is there any other way to check I am on the correct version?

We have certainly gone though an upgrade as we did have the Excel 2000 problem where we got XML being sent to Excel at least that problem has gone away.

Any other thoughts?

This is old link but I have found that if your column is empty it will not be exported to excel.
