Filtered Issue Web service question

Is there a way to get a list of the filters a user has defined via the webservices?  I am building some desktop components and want the user to be able to select one of there pre-defined filters instead of trying to rebuild the filter interface in my app if possible.

You can use the GeminiLookUpsWS.asmx web service - GettAllFilters web method.
