Email alerts not working
When I do a test from the SMTP configuration form...I do receive an email.
When I create or update a new issue no emails are sent. I checked all settings to make sure that notifications are set to yes under the notifications page.
I also checked in the per project settings to make sure I am set to receive emails but still no luck.

Error log:
Access to the path 'C:\GeminiSMTPLog.txt' is denied.
