transfer tickets/project to a new developer

Is there an easy way to transfer a complete project to a different developer?
Say sometimes developers have to move on...so when we reassign a project I would like to know if I can transfer all the tickets at once to one developer rather than doing each ticket individually.

In addition, when that developer's account is deleted it then all the ticket will no longer be assigned...if there is no such feature yet...it would be nice to have it.

Or maybe if there is can you point me in the right direction.
I'm currently using Gemini 2.0.3

You can use "batch update" to update the assigned to for all issues in the filter.

The feature of deleting a user is alreay setting issues to "unassigned", this should the case for 2.0.3.
