date format

I configure the Web.Config file to put the date format = "US" but is still displaying the dates as EU "10/03/2006".  I restarted the services, even the server but the date is created in the same manner.

Is there anything else I need to do?  I checked the old web.config file from ver1.8.2 and have all the old settings the same way.

In addition, is there a way to put the time in 12hour format rather than 24hour (or army format)

Reason why I need to change this is that when I provide the CEO with reports she does not like the date format

The possibility to support YYYY-MM-DD format and 24 hours system is a MUST. How can we configure and enable it in Gemini?
