How to open via hosted email?

I do not have a dedicated server on the internet so I cannot install the service to check the pop3 address for opening tickets via eamil . I use shared space with a shared pop3/SMTP server. However I do have the ability to schedule an ASPX file to run a on a regular basis.

Is there an ASPX file I can trigger that does the same thing as the Windows Service?

We do not have such page. However, you do not have to have the service installed on the same server.

You can install it on your own machine / server pointing the web services URL to your Gemini server.
