I need the ability for the following to be added as an item in the security schemes section

1. View Gantt
2. View Issues
3. View Excel Link
4. View Road Map
5. View Repository

Some times I don't want to give our customers too much information.  I just want to give them the ability to create an issue, but not see the status of other issues that we have.  And maybe allow them to see only the issues that they have created.
