How to customize columns for All Issues list?

I've noticed that you can modify the columns in a specific Project Issues List by clicking on customize.

Is it possible to customize the All Projects Issues List?

I'd like to always see the version number.

 

Can the  Gemini\xproject\Issues.aspx file be modified to do this?

This is not possible at the moment. It will be with the release of 2.1.
