2.0.2 to 2.0.3 Create Procs.sql error

While running the Create Procs.sql for upgrading to 2.0.3, I get the following message:

Cannot add rows to sysdepends for the current stored procedure because it depends on the missing object 'gemini_projreposdeletenode'. The stored procedure will still be created.

Can I ignore this?
