Creating new theme

I created new folder under \App_Themes\ but I cannot figure out how can I get this theme available in /user/Profile.aspx. Where can I activate new theme?

You need to add it to the available list. In order to do it you must be an admin user.

Go to the Administration -> General and amend the Installed Themes:

Installed Themes: Default|Blue|Army|YOUR THEME
