Allocating and Defining Risk levels

When you view an issue you can see the risk level that is assigned to it. Yet you canot allocate a risk level when you create a risk.

The only place I can see to allocate a risk level is when you edit an Issue. That means we have to go through a two stage process, raise and then edit, in order to get a risk in.

Is this correct?

 

Also I could not see any place that I could edit the range and values of the risks.

At the moment you have to edit the issue to allocate a risk.

We are making hugh UI improvments for the next release, 2.1. This will allow to edit any field.

We will also provide better system admin UI, so you can change the risks via the web site. At the moment the only way to do this is via SQL server.
