I am using version 2.0.3

I am just setting up a security scheme for some users and have given them access to

View, Create and Edit an issue. However, I have not ticked that they can Assign resources.

When they create an issueAssign Resources is greyed out. However, when they edit the issue they can assign a resource.

I would have expected that in all places they woudl not be able to assign a resource unless ticked.
