Issue History???
Hi -
In 2.0.3, I have a team that depended on (in 1.9.1) Issue History being accessible to Issue Workers...
In 2.0.3 it LOOKS like the only way to make this appear is thru the "Project Admin" security checkbox...
Is there another way to enable this???
I've got users who need to check this before they submit their responses from internal tracking to external customers - that is, they are hindered in doing their jobs (so this is somewhat urgent).
