Could you please explain me how the multi keyword search works in Gemini 2.0.5 ?

I've tried following :

keywordA keywordB

keywordA + keywordB

keywordA AND keywordB

but none of these syntaxes has been working.

Is the only innovation the use of SQL wildcards ? How can use these wildcards to find all issues containing my two keywords?
