Blank Emails after upgrading from 1.9.1 to 2.0.3

Since upgrading to 2.0.3 we have been having a number of difficulties, the first of these is that we are getting emails being sent from Gemini which are either totally blank or are missing the body of the email.

I have some examples of the emails however i cant seem to attach them to this thread!

Please check the error log and try to change the template provider in the web.config file.
