Show Work Estimate (and allow editing) in Log Time dialogue

I think it would be very useful to see, and be able to edit, the Work Estimate values while entering time against an issue.  That way you can "zero out" your estimate if you finished working and have excess time, or update the estimate if you're logging time and know the current estimate is off.
