Login twice to reach issue form

We recently upgraded to v2.0.2.  Since the upgrade we log in to Gemini and navigate through the home screen, to a project then, then to the issues list - then when we attempt to view an issue detail form we are prompted to login again. 

Once we log in again we can go through the navigation again and view the issues details form.  This only occurs on the first time we attempt to view an issue in a session - after that we are able to view issues without having to authenticate again.

Any ideas?

Our server is having the same issue. It looks like the Issues.aspx page's DataGrid has an improper link in the IssueKey column. Our server's alias is gemini.domain.com, and the link is pointing to MachineName.domain.com, which causes me to log in again.

It's the only link I have found (so far) that is pointing to the wrong location.

Have you noticed the same behavior?

Iis the FullGeminiURL set correctly in web.config?

Yes - we I have observed the same issue as you - and once I realized the URL difference and when Harvey suggested checking the WebConfig we realised that we had is set at /gemini">http://<machinename>/gemini, where in past releases we were using /issuetracker">http://<machinename>/issuetracker - and this was the URL every user had saved as their favourite to access the app.

We decided to change the FullGeminiURL in the webconfig to /issuetracker">http://<machinename>/issuetracker and leave everyone's favourites - the problem is now solved.
