When trying to setup and external web (http:// 192.XXX.XXX.XXX/igemini/ ) I get this error "You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied."

"I resolved it this morning, sometime a freshlook at the start of the day is all you need,  Default.asp needed to be renamed to default.aspx in IIS
