Update 2.2 to 3.0.4 ERROR: Parser Error Message: Could not load type CounterSoft.Gemini.Business.Gem

Please help asap. After updating our gemini from 2.2.6 to 3.0.4 we are getting the following error message when trying to open the gemini site:

:( Yes we just found out that there was still the old web.config.
