Upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.2 for free?

Can we upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.2 without any upgrade fees?

I recognized that the terms and conidions and the web presentation changed.

Is the downloadable version on countersoft.com a release version or beta? In the announcment section in this forum you are just telling about the beta version.

The dowloadable on http://www.countersoft.com is the released version.

There might be an upgrade fee, it depends if your license has expired or not.

You need to log in to the client portal: http://client.countersoft.com

However, from our records you are not registered as the contact for your company, so you will have to ask for the login details from that person (the one who purchased Gemini).

The subscription is for one year only.

We have Gemini Commercial License plus Gemini Support Package:

It means that your support package has expired. To upgrade to 2.2 you will have to purchase a support package.
