Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can create a Knowledge base within Gemini?

An approach:

Create custom field that allows users to mark an issue as either Knowledge Base or XXX.

Then pull all issues which have the custom field data set to Knowledge Base.  Where would the issues in question go?

What I would like to do is as follows:

A user enters an issue with one of our products.  The issue is assigned to our support guys.  I would like the ability to create a knowledgebase using the answers to the issues.  So in the future, our support guys could easily search on an issue and find the solution quickly.
