System Error when entering ISSUES for any project

Hello,

I just made a copy of my existing Gemini DB. We were running 2.0.2. I following your instructions and ran the Upgradev2.0 and then v2.1 scripts. I can get into Gemini and can use ANY area of the program except I can't enter ANY issues screen for any project. I get a Gemini Application Error with the following stack trace:

Did something not upgrade correctly ?

You need to run InstallCommon.sql and InstallProfile.sql and set the connection string for the profile database in the web.config file.

Thanks. I had switched from two databases to one, and had only run the main .Sql files.
