Email Address Format
I am still experiencing some issues with the Outlook connector. It periodically throws an exception (details in a previous ticket) which seems to happen when I send a normal message via outlook right after turning an email into a Gemini ticket.
There is another symptom that I just just realized may be related: when I use the connector to create a ticket, my email address shows-up in X400 format as does the sender's. The x400 addresses may be causing all of my problems. Any idea how I can turn that off or have Gemini stop picking that up?
