This Gemini community support site can be used to find solutions to product issues. You can log in using Open Id, Google Profile and even Facebook. When trying to import data from CSV file, I get an error "There seems to be a problem accessing the 'app_data/imports' folder." The folder on the web server has correct permissions. Do not know why this folder is used since I have the file in another location.

The file will be copied to the web server, so you need permissions on that folder. Also, check Gemini's system log.
