Breeze: client responding to closed items



For support email we are using Breeze. When a client replies to an item which has been closed already, it is still added to the original issue. So that means I am missing alerts for these messages, since the item is already closed.

How should I be doing this?

Create an AppNav card that will look at closed items and subscribe to comment notifications.
