History in email notes
I would like to be able to do what we did in Gemini 4, and tell users what has changed on the ticket when they get an email.
For example:
Resource change from: XX to: YY
Or:
Comment added: Blah blah blah
Currently users gets lots of notifications and sometimes you cant tell whats changed.
Is this poseable or do you have any plans to do this in an update, its currently a big step back from V4.
