Screens - Field Follower is not shown in Create screen

Hi,

When I tried to add the follower-field to my Create screen, it did not show up there. Instead, it was not possible to add followers in an issue detail screen.

Is that a bug in 1.5.1?

The follower section will not show on the create / edit pages. When you add it to the create screen it means "i can create new followers" so you should see a plus button to the right of the followers section.
