Assign Item to Team

When working with support teams ideally you would assign items to a team. Later on a member of the team can pick up the item.

Within a project there might be multiple teams and items might initially be picked up by team 1 and then escalated to team 2.

Not at the moment. You can only assign an item to a user. That is because if you assign to a team then nobody takes resposibility

A simple workaround would be to create a user which is actual an email distribution group and includes all team members. Initially the issue can be assigned to this user and then picked up later
