How easy is it to upgrade from 5.1.3 to 5.1.5 - and what are benefits

We are using a live system and I don't want much more disruption following our change over from 4 to 5, but how easy is it to upgrade to 5.1.5 and what assurances can you give me that is will still continue to work.

Finally - what are the main differences between 5.1.3 and 5.1.5

You just need to copy over the new web files (overwrite existing ones) including the web.config. Stream service should be stopped.
