Gemini items not displaying after creation

We are having issues with the ticket navigation. The tickets are created, the emails are generated, but when I try to go and view the tickets through the web site, I see this:

I am not able to click on any ticket links, when I try to search for those hidden ticket numbers, I am just redirected to the front page.

It seems like your screen setup doesn't allow you to view the fields. Please go to Customize->Template and select your template, check the screens setup under Process.
