Create Issue contains text in the detailed description box

For some reason my installation of Gemini always contains text in the Detailed Description box when I click create issue. I have to delete this text before I can start data entry.

I can't see any templating mechanism to justify this, I've reset IIS, it happens across all projects on all users machines with the same piece of text.

This seems like an issue with the RAD control. We will try and fix this for the next release.

To remove the text open the RichTextCtrl.ascx file and delete the text that is between the <radE:RadEditor> tag. Once you have done that, set the file to readonly to prevent this from happing again.
