Use of License for New Instance

We have a license for v4. We would like to evaluate version 5. Can we use the v4 license information for v5? We tried copying the license info from v4 and pasting in v5, but the v5 license info doesn't change and we get a message that we are allowed only three users.

You need to request your Gemini 5 license here: http://www.geminiplatform.com/license We have a Gemini 4 to 5 data mover app coming so you can test the migration, configure it and move the data only.

Yesterday I went to the link provided and entered my e-mail address. I received a message saying that I would receive an e-mail shortly with my license. I have not yet received it. Do I need to do something else?
