Can't open item from the planner view

usage

I have a straneg issue; I can't seem to open an item from the planner view (the little arrow that appears when hoovering the issue). As soon I switch the the stories view, the problem is solved and I can click it.

can you help?

Hi,

We have the same problem for clients, where they have the correct permissions and project assignation.

They just cannot see the edit icon in the planner view story / issue square.

Do they see the dropdown when they hover? If so, can they click on it?

A little bonus information from me;

When I added the group who has the issue to "Can manage planner board" in the permission scheme. That fixed the issue immediately, but it gave the group the right to change status, which they shouldn't be able to.
